🔒 Just learned #PHP versions now get 4 years support (2yr active + 2yr security), up from 3! PHP 8.4 will be supported until end of 2028. Love that all versions now end on Dec 31st. Easy to remember!

Here is the Release Cycle RFC, with more goodies: Features without RFC can land in beta, no more features in RCs/bugfix releases, fewer RCs (4 instead of 6), and regression fixes allowed during security support.
