I am not able to make my own profitable laravel project.. I don't have any ideas in my mind. Any advice?

Sorry context always helps...
I offered to build a new bookings platform for a local charity which was built around their needs and now has expanded to have 4 organisations and will be national next year.
I did is for free, was never a intending to make any money of it.
Would recommend FilamentPHP to get something built quick.
