Might have been living under a rock, but... This seems like a light-weight MVC framework to me from the first glance on the web page?

It's definitely lighter-weight than Symfony or Laravel, but the goal is for it to be a pretty feature-heavy framework. It's definitely not a micro framework. You can read about the features in the docs: tempestphp.com/docs/framework/getting-started

I should say I like it just because (not limited to) of making use of the Php Attributes already :D
