I have an idea for an open-source alternative to Laravel Forge and Laravel Cloud!

For years, I've been using my own Ansible playbook with 120+ automated operations to configure servers and deploy Laravel projects—both for my own work and for clients. Now I'm wondering:

What if I turned this into a local deployer that anyone could use?

✅ Automated server setup – users, databases, services (Redis, MariaDB, Supervisor for queue workers)
✅ Zero downtime deploys with Deployer.org
✅ Cloudflare integration

I've been refining this playbook for over 7 years, and the idea of making it a public tool keeps coming back to me.
