I wish the `make:enum` defaults to the `app/Enums` folder even if it was not created before

I truly believe that there should be a command for every design pattern that is commonly used in Laravel. We already have some, such as events and observers.
Things like make:action, make:dto, make:builder
It's not that I can't implement them myself, but if a command can creates the directory and the class, adding standardization and the strict opinionation that makes Laravel robust, it would be something that would raise the quality of code in Laravel 🔥
