Good Morning, Founders!
Before anything else, your top priority should be your website. It’s often the first impression you make on potential developers, job seekers, or clients. They will likely check out your site before deciding to work with you.
Why this matters: Recently, someone asked me for advice on companies they interviewed with. When I reviewed their websites, I spotted several glaring UI bugs. My advice? Steer clear of companies that can't even maintain their own sites.
Your website is your digital handshake—make sure it’s a firm one.

I need to work on this… I’ve basically taken down my personal site because it was a mess and I didn’t have time to maintain it, and who wants to mess with Wordpress? I want to build it as a Laravel app but I have too many projects on my plate at the moment.
