Today, I downloaded php-src on my computer to create a patch.
Nothing fancy, but:

That was much harder than I expected, but I successfully made a gRPC request to my Starlink using #php.
I now have two libraries to publish:
- Protoset to .proto converter
- Starlink PHP library
