I really like the phrase "better practices" over "best practices" because it acknowledges that there's always room for improvement and change. That phrase is more prevalent in my "higher-ed" friend circles and in my non-profit work, but I think it is also useful when thinking about tech content 😃

What thing (achievement? habit? project?) are you most proud of? How'd it happen?
Probably my involvement with the Institute/MBLGTACC. SInce it has resulted in so many opportunities for me. It happened when my friend Robert turned to me in politics class at Illinois State and asked me if I wanted to help, and the rest is history!
