A bit curious what your process looks like when you hire a freelancer within Laravel?
Do you look at the freelancer's portfolio and how the person in question presented himself/herself, if you find interest do you book an online meeting? Do you contact the freelancer's possible references?

Got some time over this weekend to finally test ZED. I kinda like it, fast and simple with less memory leaks like PHPstorm and VS Code.
There are one for PHP and one for Blade which are working ok. Both are under development.
