I'm launching sqcdp.fr

- a web app to run the daily SQCDP board that industrial sites use every morning.

SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Productivity) is a 15-min Lean stand-up done in front of an A3 wall board. 80% of factories still animate it on paper, 15% on an
Excel file no one wants to update, 5% on €150/user/month Lean suites where SQCDP is buried under 20 other tabs.

Instead of paper or Excel, you get:
- 5 clickable green/red/orange monthly calendars, one per axis
- Plant Tour attendance grid (department × day)
- Accident counter with auto day count + SST traceability (click on AAA → corrective action opens, impossible to log an incident without following up)
- Kanban action plan (PBE, root cause, pilot, deadline, priority)
- Live conformity ratio + 12-month trends per axis
