If you run into issue too many layers.
UI Framework -> Expo -> React -> React Native -> Swift/JavaCode
all compiled, transpiled, ...
as soon you run into errors or try to debug something all gets a little bit hard.
Sure still the fastest way to Ship something to iOS, Android, Web, ...
Symfony is my framework of choice. THB I like laravel too, it makes the php ecosystem better to have a choice of frameworks.
